I had a significantly large priced order that in shipment somewhere either got stolen or lost. My first of 2 pagages was delivered to me empty. A 38 lb empty box that was cut open, re-taped with non USPS tape. I immediately called and talked to Tammy. The second box disappeared enroute. Unlike other companies, Tammy immediately began a communication chain with me, helping me track and find it with no questions asked.

Long Story short, Tammy and Doug have completely re-filled and re-sent my whole order. Not only that, she shipped packages via a more secure method paying much more than regular mail- taking the hit.

I've been ordering with Diamond K Brass for the last six months or so - I've never seen faster order fulfillment anywhere. I always receive quality cases (and always more than the ordered count). In the thousands of cases I've ordered to this point - in both 9MM and 40S&W, I can count on one hand the number of cases that have not been usable. Amazing service!

I just made my first purchase from Diamond K Brass and I must say, WOW. The acknowledgement to the order and the shipping were a lot faster than I was expecting. And as they list their quantities with a + sign there will be a few extra in there to accommodate for any bad cases that may have slipped by. All I can say is, "You've got my business". I came across this outfit via an interweb search. I ordered 1000 LP .45 ACP brass, unpolished, unprocessed, etc. Shipping was prompt, I reieved the brass 3 days after my order along with a tracking number notifying me the order had shipped. I didnt count the brass however I have no doubt that there is at least 1000 in the box that was sent. Also, the brass arrived very clean despite it not being processed. Very pleased, will purchase again from Diamond K!

Just received my second order from Diamond K. Super fast shipping (at a very reasonable price - too)! 1000+ rounds of mixed 223/556 brass arrived. After sorting, the ratios listed in the listing are right on, and the brass is clean. (They must have washed it, because it's just that good!).

Nothing but positive things to say about Diamond K. I am lucky to be in the Phoenix area so I order in the morning and pick up in the afternoon. Their quantity + policy covers that rare dinged case or unusable one. The last 1000 rounds had 2 bad cases but they more than exceeded my 1000. Great people to deal with.
