I have been of the belief that I am willing to pay more for a product and/or service as long as it comes with outstanding customer service and with Diamond K Brass you get the luxury of not only outstanding customer service but the best prices I have been able to find. When I began reloading I had some questions so I called them and one of their managers spoke with me to answer all my questions and 1.5 hours later he was still willing to thoroughly discuss and answer my plethora of questions. I have never forgot that. Everyone in my sphere of life that reloads I recommend they check out Diamond K Brass and they too, not to my surprise, are equally impressed & happy with the company. Therefore, I would recommend to anyone who reads this to check them out and give them a try and you too will never purchase reloading components from anyone else. If I could say one thing to Diamond K Brass, please never change your business model as it serves you well and thereby, all the customers you serve.

Just received my first order of 500 380 acp brass and bullets I went with the combo and also 500 45acp bullets everything looks great and shopping was very fast even with crappy weather and the president holiday took around a week wich is six weeks faster than the last suppliers I've delt with thanks for great service

I have made several purchases or brass and projectiles from Diamond K and am absolutely, perfectly satisfied in every way. I would not even consider a brass purchase from any other source. If an error occurs (RARELY), their customer service is MORE than satisfactory. They more than compensate for any inconvenience to the customer and are ALWATS prompt and courteous. ALWAYS!

The price was average. Shipping & handling charge was very reasonable and fast. Order came in accurate and in good shape.

I came across this outfit via an interweb search. I ordered 1000 LP .45 ACP brass, unpolished, unprocessed, etc. Shipping was prompt, I reieved the brass 3 days after my order along with a tracking number notifying me the order had shipped. I didnt count the brass however I have no doubt that there is at least 1000 in the box that was sent. Also, the brass arrived very clean despite it not being processed. Very pleased, will purchase again from Diamond K!

I always buy brass from Diamond but can never find a history of the purchases. Oh well, the brass comes in when I expected it but it would be nice to be able to look up past orders. I hope someone tells Diamond K how to make that happen.
